Limited edition/trial design interest?

Postby doug deeper » Mon Oct 01, 2012 12:40 pm

I have this pedal I made a one off for my self, not sure if it's something people would be interested in, but I thought I'd build up a few and offer them on the forums to see if it's a worth while endeavor! (I'll be doing this more in the future).
The pedal is much in the style of other things I make, ie wacky vibrato/chorus.
Two knobs (well see if that changes) blend and depth.
The vibrato/chorus is controlled by a random LFO of sorts, not like a sample and hold mind you, but a much more fluid type of sound.
Like many sine waves randomly changing speed and depth.
(that's basically what it is :))
I could do a batch for say $150 each if you guys are game.
I'm offering it up here before I hit up the other forums.
Free shipping in the US, yada yada.
Let me know what you think of the idea, even if you don't want one!   :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
I'm thinking a pedal with more straight forward controls, that is musical, but still pretty strange would be a good way to introduce my stuff to slightly less adventurous people, as well as being something the freaks can get down with. ;)

Heres a quick iphone demo!
The circuit in this clip is on a breadboard so there is a little hum from the lights.

I love the concept.
I always want some kind of tone knob on a chorus, though...
