My first Dwarfcraft/She fuzz question

Postby DhanoSuzuki » Sun Nov 20, 2016 10:22 pm

Okay, so for my birthday I gifted myself with a She fuzz, which I've wanted a real long time. Still thinking of getting one of the new ones, but I really loved the etching on this one so I got it anyway.

Now I need to find one of the etched Eau Claire Thunders.

Anyway, the pedal is amazing and is pretty much everything I expected of it and more, but I did want to make sure one thing was normal.

There is a large volume drop when engaging the octave switch. I didn't really notice it in any of the demos, so figured I would ask.

I think you mean the "compress-the-hell-outta-it"-switch, and not the octave, if I haven't been wrong all these years? Anyway, perfectly normal. :thumb:

Yep. Eivind is correct. That toggle isn't the octave one and will def cause a volume drop.

There are only 5 or 10 of the etched ECTs out there, so good luck with that!

Ah, that makes a lot more sense then. Anyway, I like it so much I'm considering buying one of the new ones also so I can keep the etched one up in my display case, it just looks so good.

And I definitely need one of those etched ECTs, that graphic is so cool. Any chance of being able to custom order a pedal with an etched enclosure?
