O.k., so I'm underslept and overcaffienated, so this may not a) make sense or b) even be that cool. But I gotta ask:

Would it be possible to take the momentary feedback function/section of the Eau Claire Thunder, and turn it into a single one-knob pedal, to generate momentary bursts of guitar-knob-controllable insanity? Or would that be too similar to Devi's EoG? Or some other pedal?

I was just thinking that it would be cool to have that, and since my board is mighty fuzz-centric as it is, I'm not sure if I need the whole ECT right now...

That said, the ECT is FRICKIN' AWESUMB! :omg: So maybe it's moot...

Well, you need to have a certain amount of gain in the signal chain to make any feedback. So, you could do an EOG type pedal with amomentary switch, but you then have to put other pedals in the loop to make feedback.

Innnnnnnnnnnnnnteresting. I just liked the idea of having a knob-controlled momentary squeally faux-synth on my board. But you people have all given me something to think about. Plus the rainbow chk chks are suh-weet looking...

Did anyone else buy one of those chk chk boom pedals? I paid for one on July 2nd, and I still haven't received my pedal.

On the tracking page, there's only this:

Class: Priority Mail®
Service(s): Delivery Confirmation™
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 2, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.

I don't know if I'd discount them in favor of any other shipping service. I've had trouble with every single one at one time or another.

I bet someone at the post office is just finding where shipments of awesome pedals are going and just take them for their massive contraband pedalboard.
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?
