TGD DIY Kit mods.

Postby eveldave » Sun Oct 16, 2011 3:36 pm

Has anyone modded their TGD kit yet? I've followed up with a 4093 NAND IC and a feedback loop on the 2nd circuit. Sounds good/terrible but I messed up the spacing between the pots and switches controlling the 2nd IC. Maybe the pots are too big too - both 1 meg.

I read somewhere that TGD doesnt really do anything in a feedback loop. Got any gut shots?

Yeah I didn't think a feedback loop would work on tgd either, I've got it connecting the output of the extra circuit to the out of the tgd.

This diagram might explain it.

Any CV mods for it? I really have always wanted to get a TGD and if I could get cv on it I couldn't resist getting one to use with my synths!

The store has been a little wonky, we're working on it. The kits will be back with screen printed and drilled enclosures.

Any other circuits going to be offered Aen? I'd love a Baby Thunda kit!

We aren't planning on ever doing to ECT circuit, but we are thinking about releasing a few other kits this summer (if it slows down enough to get them done!)
